Download, then place in either a project specific or office standard folder, which gets loaded with relevant projects.
As a general rule it is suggested that you have three libraries loaded in a project;
AC Library for the version you are using
Office Standard library (your own office-specific objects)
Project library (objects only used in or created for a particular project )
