Hardware License Key Not Working

Hi

I've just had my motherboard replaced on my work PC and as a result I'll lost all ArchiCAD info (ArchiCAD 26 Solo).  I've installed all the latest updates, license manager, etc but can't get the program to recognise my hardware license key.  I've checked on the Graphisoft website and my license is still current but I can't find any solution to this problem.

Anyone got an idea as to how to overcome this ?

If you don't have any answer so far, make sure to have the correct Archicad version installed. Solo/FULL/SE version required separate installer. Also language version matter, like INT/USA/etc...

If nothing helps, I can pick out the error from Codemeter and tell what the problem is, if you're willing to share it via direct message
