I got 99 problems and graphisoft is all of them

someone at GS trying to sabotage this **** ? 
6 firms and counting... 100+ people losing min. 1 hour work... probably 30+ people who would love to be working over the weekend...

Enough with all these problems... how are we supposed to recover the man-hours we're losing?

I've attached screenshots of what's happening. It's completely unusable.

Enough with the same old excuses: "It's the files," "It's the size," or "It's the configuration," when it's a deeper issue with Graphisoft.

I'm providing screenshots to show that it's not just one server, but two that I regularly work with and collaborate on.

We need real solutions.

We are currently facing the same issue on BIMcloud SaaS.

 

This is affecting multiple BIMcloud domains on our end, and the issue persists across different networks (including users working from home), so it doesn’t appear to be a local firewall or antivirus problem.

Seems like a server-side SSL certificate issue. Would appreciate any update from Graphisoft on this.

Yes, it should be back to normal. Or, you may need to 

  • Restart your browser or Archicad
  • Clear cached data (this helps your system pick up the updated certificate)
