My PC is damaged

I had a software license downloaded to my computer but it got damaged. How can I upload my license and download it to the new computer?

If you can't run the damaged computer, then you can't upload the license.

You will have to contact you local support and get them to return the license to your company pool.

Depending on the damage, could you just replace the relevant parts, if it is physical?
