My request ti renew my license is not yet approved

Hi, Im asking how many days before my request to be approved?? Ive request last sunday and until now it is still not yet approved. Ive fill up everything in the form including the school id. What should i do?

According to our system, you haven't had sent any application to a new license recently. the last action we see from you is upgrading your license to Archicad 29 in March.

Hi, Ive already done that when i was renewing my license but when i submitted it, it just load back to the form where i fill up my application.
