New Graphisoft "Young Professional Program" - how big is the discount?

Just curious if anyone has applied for and received a discount for the new "Young Professional Program" that I saw in my feed today:

The discount is apparently offered only after application...  If anyone has (or does) apply, it would be interesting to know what package is offered and what the monthly rate per license is.

Bottom of the page says this is for students, graduates within 5 years of graduation, or new business formed by individuals younger than 35.

Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon 26 Tahoe

The webpage says up to 50% discount:

"...Get up to 50% off selected subscriptions, designed specifically for students, recent graduates, young professionals, and new business owners..."
