PERSPECTIVE VIEW AND SETINGS

Hi there. I have imported a model from Sketchup and everything is fine however i cannot get the perspective view to work. when i press on the perspective view button the screen is blank and nothing appears to be there! I have looked in the settings but im not sure whats wrong. When iclick back on the axonometry view its there!! Please help, im trying to render some perspectives for tuesday!!

My first guess would be to check the direction of view. You could be looking away from the model or straight up or down.

Open your Navigator Preview palette and you should see which way you are looking

Place a camera on the plan. Right click on it, choose Show in 3D.

The default Archicad camera is staring into empty space. That is why you see nothing.

If you also have ArtLantis, you could have exported SketchUp straight to it and rendered there.
