Problems with downloading the software

I am trying to download the software for archicad 12 student edition but it does not seem to get past the first page where I enter the 'platform' and 'country.' Is anybody else having the same problem? I've downloaded it before on my old PC but now have Mac i want to use it on.

Please check if "Cookie" on your browser preference is set to ON/Accept.
For UK/ireland student, the Educational registration site redirects to following URL:
