2D drawing: tan-tan-radius circle in ArchiCAD

In AutoCAD in can draw a circle between two line or two circles by 'touching' the two lines or circles.
Can this be done in ArchiCAD?

Yes the circle tool has a tangent option in the geometry method pop-out.
Just look up circles in the PDF reference guide or on-line help for more info.
