That depends on what you think is easy.
Using the simple tools we all have would be to make a custom door that consists of the wallhole slab in the shape of the opening and the surrounding brick work. This will work fine, but each different variation will need to be made separately.
I think that ArchiCAD has an elliptical arched door in the stock library. You could use that and then add the brick work separately.
Alternatively, this can be scripted so you can use a single object for multiple cases. Obviously this takes more skill to accomplish.

You could also look at making the soldier course shape as a profile, creating a wall or beam with that profile that extends across target wall and then using SEO to subtract with downward extrusion.
