Can you please help me how to draw a hole in the wall ?

If the hole has a general polygonal shape (not rectangular etc.) then you can create the shape of the hole in the Profile Manager.
You can assign this Profile to another Wall that will cut perpendicularly into your Wall. Then do a Solid Element Operation to cut the shape of this profile from your Wall.
Note that in such a case the 2D of the cut will not be shown, this is a limitation of Solid Element Operations.

If you use a Beam rather than a Wall for the Complex Profile and set the Beam Priority higher than the Wall's Priority you don't need the SEO. But the 2D issue is the same.
