if that is not a rhetorical question...lemme answer that....here and now.
I think we 'should' get our $700 back. Considering we only purchased the BIMx key less than 2 weeks ago.
and now we are about to upgrade to AC17 and notice that advert that states "BIMx will be included with AC17".....so from all the writing on the e-wall....I believe we should get our $700 back.
Also, we are on the "AC subscription" program.....so...
why how do you see it sir?

I just think that this is a matter that you need to take to your reseller from whom you purchase the program.
I don't know how this works but I just think you should talk to them and tell them what you think and see what their answer is.

at the very least....we (as firm and moving forward to the future with AC) we should at the very least get offered 6 or 7 hours of something....training, upgrade...something.
I mean at $100 (or so) an hour X 7 hours = $700....so there you have it.
at least a $700 worth of credit on "something"......heck we only purchased it 2 darn WEEKs ago.....there should be a "grace period" there I would presume....

I'm fully aware you have "no say" in what resellers are allowed to do/offer/or not do....but at least I can say that a HIGH LEVEL GS dude thinks we could work something out....don't worry, this stays between us....here...on the NET (i.e. the entire world) so mum's the word sir
