AC 11 - Problem with select tool

I'm using AC11 on ntel MAC and have a bug with my select tool - (or I am missing a setting somewhere!)... It is impossible for me to do multiple selections using the SHIFT key option. The tool did work before, and I have re-installed AC to try and rid the issue... No luck. I also tried to select multiple objects (select all) and then de-select with the SHIFT key, but that doesn't work either! Please Help!!!

If your trusses share a set of parameters, why don't you use Find&Select? Who says that everything has to be selected graphically???

I just lost the ability to select multiple objects with the shift key...help!

I see that this post was several years ago, but my AC 12 just started doing the same thing. I tried rebooting, caps lock not a problem here, resetting the shortcut profile. nothing works.

I'm having the same issues. I tried your link Master Script. Still nothing.
Anyone have a solution for this?

Also, I'm on a mac, when I hold down my option key, my inherit properties command doesn't come up either.
