Wanted to start a list of AC11 Little improvements......which are not announced:

First Selection outline now is shown in dots
Second Selection outline is shown in Dot Dash Dot

Nice, yet still short cut C for changing of the method is still not implemented, must be very hard to code it in!

Let us know how the Vista thing works out for you. I'm still running XP. Not going to Vista until I'm really sure it's OK.
No trouble so far but I haven't had a chance to really put it to the test.

The next big step is to installed Parallels for easy switching. Jumping into the deep end here, so if anyone has any advice, I'd sure appreciate it.

Cheers,
Link.
This is getting a little OT but...

Parallels definitely doesn't give the performance of Boot Camp (it has to share the RAM with OSX). I recommend installing both so you can use whatever suits you at any given time.

The best way to do this is install Boot Camp first since it requires a separate Windows partition. Parallels can then make a new virtual machine using the Boot Camp installation. You will have to re-regster with MS the first time you run Parallels so make sure you have internet access available when you do it. (The Boot Camp install continues to run just fine after this.)

All in all the process is about as painless as it can be (for Windows 😉 )

and second little worsening (always on OS X): with AC11 seems I can't *plot* to my HP DJ500 so I did until AC10, using direct TCP/IP connection, but I must use system driver (also to plot), but... HP DJ 500 driver isn't selectable in the driver list (seems I can select only Postscript driver). So the only way I found is to use Print instant as Plot, that is much slower

ok you can do this in version 10 as well, but...

Doors and Windows can be dragged and copied from one wall element to adjacent wall elements in the same plane.

works in Section and Elevation window as well.

New Object "ADA Handrail 11"
I like just wish we had a stair or stair railing with these capabilities.

I can't seem to find the furniture layouts anywhere in the AC11 Library. Am I not looking in the right place?

They used to be Modules ( not in the library), but I don't see them in my AC11 Installation

Are the Furniture Layouts in AC10 somewhere? Are the Objects in the Module Files AC10 Objects?
