AC11: Wall Ends

It's been a long day, so I very well could be missing something...

Has anyone else had any problems with Wall Ends in AC11? I was comparing the AC10 Subset Library with the AC11 Library and ran across this (see below). The 2D symbols seem OK, but the AC10 Subset ends don't show up in 3D, and the 3 AC11 ends that do show in 3D have a "gap" at the Cut Depth length.

This is how they worked (correctly) in AC10...

hi laura

i was just about to write up another issue i'm having with AC11 wall ends: their material no longer merges with the wall material in elevation. i get an ugly, unwanted line at the cut depth length. there is no 3D gap and the materials are most definitely the same.

however! if the wall end cut length is stretched down to the minimum width of the skin that is turned the end of the wall, (quite thin plaster in the case of the screenshot below), the line disappears.

whatever the case, GS have broken something else . . . and we've got yet another thing to remember when modelling.
