#1
When editing a library part, the button the previously put scripts in a NEW WINDOW no longer does so... It actually overrides the main window with no buttons to navigate anywhere else in the part... So you have to go back to the WINDOW MENU and choose the part again to get back to the main window..
#2
In the same library part editor, it actually appears that the main part window has OVERRIDDEN the PLAN WINDOW... When I CLOSE the part window, it acts as if I've closed the project (and asks if I want to save changes, etc)...
Any fix? Anyone else experience this?

The silly thing is it is not even a code bug. It's just that the parameters are hidden on the parameter table (the "X" is turned on) and the part was saved that way instead of using a hideparameters statement to control visibility.

vfrontiers wrote:Noty just you. I noted that also. However, the workaround is that the Det_Lumber can be stretched in both directions but doen't show dimensions.
Here's another...
The object part DET_LUM...
Once I change it to CUSTOM SIZE... A & B are NOT visible, so I can't change the size...
Just me again?

Duane,
Back to your original problem.
Do you have the new TABS feature turned on?
When you open an object and then open the scripts they will all open maximised.
If you have TABS on then you will see new tabs.
If you don't then they will just be maximised windows on screen.
You should be able to undock the script windows and then resize as you want.
Barry.

Hi,
The bug mentioned by Erich is a library part problem. Thanks for noticing it, GRAPHISOFT will handle it!
Until then please follow this workaround:
Place an object named DET_Lumber 19
Select it then open settings dialog
Set board size to ‘Custom’
OK
with the object still selected
File / Libraries and Objects / Open Object
Parameters - Size – set it to ‘Custom’
Display of variable A and B – now you can remove the X mark that makes them hidden (see attached image unhide parameters.png), then
File - Save as - Save Library Part
The new library part already has A and B parameters editable in the Settings dialog
