On the lower right hand corner of that page, there is a localization setting for the website. Make sure that it is set to "International."

I found that you have to be signed in in the upper right corner for the downloads page to appear.
If you are not signed in, some other page will appear, not the downloads page.

I've only been playing around with this for an hour or so, so I don't know what dragons are lurking within for this build. But so far, I like this release a LOT! Very snappy response, and nice screen display in 4K with display rescaling. It's a pleasure to work in.

If there is no automatic update option available for 3006, then, yes, I believe you should uninstall and reinstall the 3006 build as it fixes a bug involving wall trimming.

There should be an automatic updater, but may take a couple of days to roll out (I believe). This only affects the initial INT release.
3006 fixes the automatic dimensioning issue. The wall trim issue should be fixed in the next update.
But there should be a more offical word on it soon
