ok, i have something to say..i think somebody said that before.. but again let me say that... i've attended a VICO presentation it was more than 4 hours , i guess only 15 minuted were about Constructor !! because they are talking about a "Construction Suite" more than 4-5 programs , the major thing is Vico control , a new technology of management and controlling production and constructing " at least its new for me" based on a " balance line " technology ... and this program doesn't have to be linked to constructor.. if you want you can enter your data manually " but who wants to if he can extract it from model 
".. and its a real marvellous program... any way because i am just an architect... i felt that this presentation wasn't mine !! 
, its for constructors and project managers , and yes constructor is based on Archicad , but its not their only product ..and not the major one ..so i don't think that graphisoft will stop developing AC , because even VICO needs that..and they don't have all the time to develope all these softwares 
, and again my impression is that constructor is not the major product of VICO , its the hole bunch of programs , or if you want to pick one? its VICO control , and Constructor is just a tool to make it easy to deal with data extraction , and by the way what i understood is Control could work with any program that has data " Primaviera ..etc" and the other thing is control is not only for architecture , even for Civil projects " Bridges , power plants...etc" and even for managing any thing " even production lines and human resources for factories " !! so actually its a little far from our major concern .
So i don't think this will be involved with archicad developing .. i mean what is in constructor won't be developed coz they just use it as a tool.. the main thing comes after that when you deal with VICO controller
