You will be in the same boat as us here in Australia.
You can download it but won't be able to use it until you can upgrade your license key at the graphisoft web site.
You more than likely won't be able to do that until 15 starts shipping in your country.
For us we have to wait until July 22.

Graphisoft here has given us the date 15th-20th July. So 22nd sound very plausible

We get ours at the upgrade training next Monday, but available for general consumption "mid July" which I'm guessing is probably around the 22nd.

I got the email from our reseller, Applecore, with links to download on the 29th June 2011.
