Archicad keeps freezing when clicking on railing

Hello,

we are in our office using AC27.  We creating a tobogan through railling (see attached picture) and it was no problem. Then at some point it was impossible for one of our collegues (she was working on it and created the tobogan) to click on the tobogan, since whenever she did so, the whole AC froze and she had to turn off the programm through the task manager. At the same time when we checked the RAM, CPU, graphic card ... none of them showed to be overstimulated or using too much capacity.  On other computers in our office (even ones with worse parameters, or quiet old laptops, it didn't happen (of course the programm reacted slower, but it didn't freeze like on the 1rst computer).

We also tried to separate the tobogan into it's own file, which didn't help. We tried to reinstall the archicad and the first time we opened it it worked, but the second time it froze again. 

I know there was a similar question about freezing AC after clicking on railings, we tried these solutions, but none of them helped.

What I am thinking could maybe create problem is in the office we are using Czech archicad, except for this one girl with freezin AC, she is using the english one (it is not possibility to work for her in czech) and she was using the czech library. But we tried to do it in english library and there was no difference. And also she doesn't have problem with any other railing.

We transferred it into morph, but it is not a good solution, since it is lagging and going too slow and it is impossible to work with.

Does anyone has any advice? Or solutions? We are getting quite desperate.
