Archicad running out of memory

I don't whats happening, but its very odd.
I have a PLN file with a mesh that has a few SEO's. When I ask for a 3d view, AC starts eating up CPU and memory, eventually showing a message of no more available memory and I have to quit the programm (after 3-4 hours of waiting...)
Note that I don't have other programms running and my HD is 70% empty.

If I ask for a 3d view of just the mesh, or just the SEO'd slabs, it takes 3-4 seconds...
