Hi,
Does anyone know which library this object belongs to? And how I can procure it?

Difficult to figure out by "Residential window" name only. Could you attach a picture or better description?
Maybe it belongs to the ssa AUS essential library?

From the CI Essential Library? If you have a SSA you should be able to log into the MYCI portal and download the library from there.

Thanks - per your suggestions, I think that is correct, it's part of the Aus Essential/MYCI library.
I don't currently have an SSA so will need to upgrade... 😞

Is there some feature of this window that you need that you cannot achieve with the default windows?

The ability to have a header material above the window that is different to the wall is the critial element.
