Auto locking the Navigator/Favorites/Quick Option boxes?

Our original cad manager had set up a screen layout which auto locked the "navigator-Layout Book", the "Favorites" and the "quick Options" little boxes that appear on the right of my screen.

I've somehow undone this and can't get it back to autolock on the right side of the screen...how do I do this? the autolocking back I mean..

It should be in the Work Environment he or she set up. Look under Options > Work Environment. There should be something named "Your Firm Standard" or some such.
