[BUG] Duplicating design options with associative dimension causes crash

Duplicating a design option containing an associative dimension but only one of its associated elements crashes AC after closing the manager, saving the changes. 

1. Create an element in the main model.

2. Create a new option set and with the new option active create another element and an associative dimension between the element in the main model and the element in the design option.

3. Duplicate the design option through the manager and press OK.

4. Crash.

Running AC27 3001 INT on windows 10 and can be consistently reproduced in the default template.

Our IT guy has downloaded the 5001 preview update and it hasn't crashed yet while dimensioning design options... fingers crossed!

It's been a few weeks since we downloaded the preview update for build 5001 and so far, so good. We haven't had any more crashes seemingly related to dimensions/design options. Thanks everyone!
