Can free shapes roofs be created in Archicad ?

I was wondering is some free shapes roofs can be done in Archicad?

This is an example of what can be achieved with a convoluted custom profile beam [tilted], cut in a free form using a slab with a free form opening as a SEO Operator - subtract with upward extrusion.

I forgot to say, that I have Archicad 12 International.

Is it possible to do this free shapes in Archicad 12 International?

Dwight's method should work in any version from 10 to 14.

But I am still confused how to create a free shaped surface with Profile Manager. I would know how to create an edge profile of this surface, I only need to choose the spline that surrounds this free surface of mine. But how to create a surface itself?
