Can't Set Door Window Marker

A basic Door/Window marker question. I had it working at one point, not sure what happened.

Anyway, what I want to do is to get basic door window markings showing on one particular View Layout.

I set the Model View Options (Document>Set Model View> Model View Options) to indicate door/window markers should be shown.

Now I realize I need to go in to the particlular doors/windows I want to set the marker on. When I go into any Door or Window selections settings I have the following options; Preview and Positioning, Parameters, Internal Door Settings, Floor Plan and Section, Model and Reveal.

According to the documentation
There are nine panels in the Door and Window Settings dialog box:
Preview and Positioning,Parameters,Custom Settings,Floor Plan and Section,Model,Reveal,Dimension Marker,Marker Custom Settings,Listing and Labeling
I seem to be missing the Dimension Marker, Marker Custom Settings, Listing and Labeling options. How do I set these?

UPDATE: I still have the same question.... but more info. I was able to load the original Standard Profile 10 as opposed to the last profile used when loading ArchiCad. This profile does list the Dimension Marker, Marker Customs Settings, Listing and Labeling options on the Door and Window settings Dialog box.

On my current profile I obviously need to do something to tell ArchiCad to list these. Help is appreciated.....

In your Work Environment under "Tool Settings Dialogue Boxes" with Door Tool selected, make sure Dimension Marker eyeball is ON.
