Change in Column Orientation when ID is changed

In V 10 Build no 987, When I am using the Element ID manager to change the ID's of columns after clicking on the "OK" Button, Strangely the orientation of the columns are changing, say If I placed 300 X 450 and 450 X 300 columns they are rotating by 90 degress.

But this is not the same in V 9.0.

Is it a Bug or misinterpretation from my side?

There was a post about this a few months ago. Definitely a bug I wondered if the latest build had fixed it but guess not!!! Report it - as the more reports a bug gets the higher its fix priority
