Quick Question, 1:1250 is a scale we use quite a lot. Is there any way to add this to the drop down list? I am redoing our office template so would be useful to add but not a problem if its not easy!

Unfortunately this is not possible.
You can switch to this scale manually and then save View.
Then use the Views to switch to Viewpoints with this scale.
