Complex Profile-lines not showing up

In a complex profile wall, I can't get any of the lines (edges) to show up, only the fill patterns. I've tried changing the wall settings, complex profile settings, and section settings but no luck.

Anyone have an idea of what I've done wrong? Note the soffit and trim are also done as a complex profile and there's no problems there.

Thanks.

I've had this happen in misc. sections and end up re-starting AC (however, that doesn't mean it won't happen again) -- I sort-of hold my breath and hope it's there when I need to print. I would say "bug".

Jere,

check to see that you do not have two (or more) walls over each other, if you have duplicates they tend to overwrite each other.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Maybe ArchiCAD was just grumpy that I was making it work 6 hours of overtime because everything seems ok today.

When it happens I usually turn "Fill Uncut Surfaces with:" to "nothing" because it looks like there are some display order issues where uncut elements with their Surface Fill from far back incur on top of the cut elements.

Thanks everyone for your help. However, I'm still having this problem. I just can't figure it out. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I've updated my hardware configuration, not sure if that makes a difference. This is very frustrating.

I have also experienced this problem, for me it was happening consistently with one particular wall in one of my projects. I tried a variety of ways of trying to get it to draw itself correctly, all unsucessful. Eventually I just wrote down all the important parameters of the wall (hgt. fill....) erased the problem wall, and put a new one in its place and the problem went away. I don't know what caused the issue for me, SEO's, trim to roof.... or what... but when I have experienced this, it has been limited to a select few locations.
If you are just having this problem with a couple of walls then this approach might work for you, if this is happening with all your walls, then I don't know what to tell you.

Again, thanks everyone for your help. I've tried each of your suggestions along with many other attempts.

Sadly, I have given up, switched the section status to 'drawing' and have drawn the lines in manually.

I also keep trying to use complex profiles and giving up because I can't quite get them to work right.

One comment Jere, you don't need to switch to drawing just to add the lines. You can keep the model connected and just draw the lines in. That way the section stays accurate and worst case the lines are wrong.
