Confusing Publisher feedback

Small issue, but yet: what is Publisher doing? It is still Finalizing. Oh wait, there is a check. And the button changed to Close. So it is done Finalizing. One can close and keep on working.

I would propose “Finalizing” changes at the end to “Done/Finished/Finalized” if it is meant to be describ-ing an action in progress, or the task gets renamed “Final tasks” or whatever, if it is getting a check and one should focus on the check.

Or just put a Status to it?

I assume they didn't put a single Status because typically one publishes a bunch of stuff (in this respect my screenshot is not the best example) which gets published sequentially, and the window updates you on the status of each task as it goes along. One can stop the process along the way, with only some of the publishing done. The check is meant to be the status indicator for each individual task —but “Finalizing”, which means “not yet done”, sounds like a live status report in itself.
