Corner of Walls

Hello,

I have an issue where a portion of the wall will stick out beyond the corner. All reference lines are connected, so not sure what's causing this. Any help would be much appreciated.

Is there a wall or beam or something on another layer that is turned off which could be causing the odd intersection?

Lee's suggestion seems the most likely.  Turn on all layers to check.  Another possibility is that your concrete stem wall is overlapping the wall above by a tiny amount.  In the 3D window, temporarily grab both stem walls and drag them downwards to see if the intersection above cleans up.  Then undo.
