Curtain Wall doesn't show properly in 2D

Hello

I'm working on a project in ArchiCAD 21 an I have a problem with curtain wall tool. When I draw a curtain wall it doesn't show properly in 2D but as like it doesn't contain libraries and it doesn't show in 3D at all. Pleas help!

I will need you to upload 4 screenshots of the Curtain Wall Settings Dialog so we can try to locate the setting that possibly causes the issue:
1. Curtain Wall System settings, especially the Floor Plan and Section panel settings.
2. Scheme Settings
3. Main Panel settings
4. Distinct Panel settings
