Custom slabs?

Once again I seek help! question is how I can change the thiknes of slabs. costom slabs are 300 and I see that I can change them a little in the slabs menu. But if I want to make custom slabs with a thickness of 20mm and 450mm, how do I do this?

switch to any fill that is not an assembly - like the 50% fill or something - then the thickness can be changed
