Deleting more than 1 element in Profile Manager Dialog Box

In a Profile Manager Dialog Box I want to delete about 100 elements but I can't seem to find an option to delete more than one profile at a time.
Is it possible to delete them together or do I have to spend my precious hours deleting them one by one?

I think if you open up the Attribute Manager and under the Profiles tab you can select all of the profiles and delete them that way.
