Different linetypes for Curtain Wall on plan

Emre Senoglu

Is it possible to display different linetypes for Curtain Wall elements? Say dashed line for transoms and continuous line for mullions. I can change the overall pen for all elements, but I can't individually control it. I've checked all settings I can think of (Graphical Overrides, Object Line Properties, Model Views) and can't seem to find out why. The second image below is what I'd like to achieve in my plans. Many thanks!

Unfortunately, there is no such setting that could control the 2D appearance of Frames and Mullions separately. You can only control the line-types of Uncut and Overhead Lines, which will apply to both Frames and Mullions.

I need a similar setting, but in this case we need to show the frames BEHIND the panels to be dashed.

The CW tool shows this perfectly in the Preview window, but we cannot get the same representation in elevation views.
Essentially we need the same representation that Emre shows in the second image
