Dimension stuck at odd angle to walls

I know there's a simple setting, but where?

I click to set points then double click to get dimension line, ...but the dimension line is a random angle, not parallel to the wall for which the dimension would be appropriate.

Set the rotation angle in Grid Options to 0 to see if it is the one causing the problem.

Yes. That seems to solve the problem. Thank you.

I had rotated an imported survey then rotated the grid and the dimensions were following the original grid orientation.
