Door not cutting wall

Hi, I have this problem where when I now add a door, the door doesn't cut out the wall, as in the drawing attached. Any assistance much appreciated. Cheers Scott

Is there another Wall there. The Door is definitely within a Wall because that is the only way you can place a Door.
Maybe there are two Walls overlapping there and the Door is placed in one, and not cutting the other.

Check it in 3D it maybe you need to tidy up a wall "view on story" setting or the door's home story may be incorrect. It could also be wall heights or the position of your cut plane.

Check renovation settings too.

No there is just one wall there. I just found it was because I had accidentally set it to 'to be demolished' phase. Cheers Scotty
