Doors and Windows not imaging in Door and Window Legend

A few of the Doors and Windows in our current project are not showing an image in ArchiCAD's Door / Window Legend (Calculate/List Elements/Window Legend 80 or Door Legend 80).

One example of a door that is not showing up is "D1 2Sidelight 81" from ArchiCAD's 8.1 library. The dimensions show up in the legend but no image is produced.

What needs to be done so that this door shows up in the Legend or Door Schedules?

In addition to the doors from ArchiCAD's library not showing none of the doors or windows we've created using Theometric's Door and Window Builder 3.5 are creating an image in their appropriate legend. Is there something that can be done to make so that the Doors and Windows created in Door and Window Builder are imaged in their Legends and Schedules.

Thank you,
John

Now that I'm generating the Door Legend (Door Legend 81) I've noticed that the doors are of different scales depending on the size of the door. Is there a way to change some setting so that all of the door's images are produced at the same scale?

Hi John,

I've been out of town for a week or would have responded to your post on another thread where you were looking for a tutorial on doing door/window schedules.

With your requirements there, and issues here, I urge you to look at the Interactive Scheduler feature of 8.1 rather than using the list schemes that you're asking about here. There are door and window schedules and legends that you can duplicate and customize to your needs, and the I.S. provides the 2 way interactivity that you asked about elsewhere.

Cheers,
Karl

Karl,
Thank you for your reply. I would like to use the interactive schedules but for now on of our principals wants to be able to work on the schedules in MS Excel and then have the resulting spreadsheet imported into PlotMaker.
Some day I want to learn and use ArchiCAD's Interactive Schedules.
Right now we are being asked to produce a legend to go with the schedules. So far the legends that ArchiCAD is producing are not to scale. Each door or window appears at a different scale in the legend. Because of this I am producing the legends by copying the door or window's elevation.
Is there a way to force ArchiCAD's Door Legend (80) to produce the image at a common scale for all doors?
Thank you,
John

AFAIK no, as it fits whatever the size door/winow is into the space defined within the Graphical template.

Your manual method is, also AFAIK, the only precise one.

There is another method, using a S/E with limited depth and height for each door/window, and then link the views to a PM sheet, but that is quite a mess and a bit of overkill.

I have in the past copied those doors and using the resize tool make them the correct size. I still do that for my door elevations, and then add dimensions etc.
