Drawing Index Problems

Aloha all,
I am working in ArchiCAD 11 and having trouble with the Sheet Index.
Once i have opened, i am able to edit the order of and names of sheets, but when i save the view, close it and re-open none of my changes remained.
It always re-sets to the default order of sheets which is not in the order of my layouts.

Yes, images would be good. You can always change the way anything is listed using the sorting criteria in the Index Settings.
