You use the Magic Wand. If I remember correctly the steps
1. Open Magic wand Settings (see attached)
2. Select Linear Segments
3. Segments along circles
4. Input segment number
5. draw a Circle with the radius you nee
6. Magic wand a Polyline inside the circle

Prism or Polygon Prism objects will let you enter the number of sides, length, etc... trace them, stretch them...
