Hi,
I have to draw a roof plan where the projection direction is perpendicular to the roof plane. (Since it was a plan view but the projection is not vertical but sloped.)
Is it possible to give the a direction exactly (ie to draft it) for a general roof (ie not sloping, say, 45.0000 degrees)?
I mean not measuring the roof slope and enter it to the axonometry input box as a number.
You can set camera positions in the 3D projection settings window. You can also choose to look perpendicular to a selected surface. Whilst in the 3D window, parallel projection mode, go to menu View > 3D view options, or > 3D navigation extras.
