[I may have seen this mentioned before but can't find it now.] On AC 27 USA, Mac M1 Max, MacOS 13.6.6, option-clicking on a wall and opening Element Attributes > Composites… will not show that composite selected. Changing the view from folders to list before or after does not change anything. Is there any Work Environment setting or something that I am missing? How are you handling this? It can't be meant to work like this, it all becomes unmanageable.

Hi @Ignacio Azpiazu,
There’s another & easier way to open any composite directly, by selecting + right click + Edit selected composite.
This way is applicable for complex profile elements also.

That does the job with composites. Thanks.
I still think it is a pain to have lost the other method though, which I just checked and still works for building material, including solid single-material walls. So it is sort of complicating the interface.

Try to enter the Attribute Setting Dialog with the element selected. It works for me (I just tried it in Ac27).

If by Attribute Setting Dialog you mean the same thing you access by right-clicking and going Edit Selected Composite/Profile…, it is not taking me to its attribute in AC 27 5003 USA Apple Silicon.

That's weird. It should take you there. It does work just fine in Ac27 on Windows.
Could this be a Mac-specific error?
