FILL kinds - which ones don't print but show up in archicad?

I thought there was a type of fill that you could use that didn't print. I wanted to be able to see the differences while working in the file but didn't want them to show up on the plan. Were they the bitmapped fills?

Thanks for any help,
Michele

I am not aware of any such option.
In the Fill Types dialog you can see that there is a vectorial representation and a bitmap representation for each fill.
The bitmap representation is on-screen only.
You can switch between the two display modes with the View\On-Screen View Options\Vectorial Hatching toggle.
