FILL type appear differently in 3 file formats

Attached are 3 file formats of the same drawings.

The fill type shown in the building is a customized fill type set at 100x100 and scale independent.

The drawing scale is 1:100.

I cannot understand why the fill type appear differently in pmk and pdf.

The pdf is set to print in black & white.

Can anyone please help. I need to resolve this before sending the pdf to the printer tomorrow!

I GOT IT......it's all about working units in archicad and pmk! Yippee!
