Fills wont scale or rotate

Cover fills wont scale or rotate. Using the construction method I cant not alter the file scale or rotate it ..any ideas?

If I understand correctly you are asking how to modify a Cover Fill that is a applied to an object (slab for example). If that is the case the best way is to create a New cover fill with the needed parameters using Menu->Options->Element Attributes->Fill Types.

Of course if you want a quick solution you could use a distorted fill then adjust the handles onscreen....

If I understand correctly, you are seeing the bitmap version of the pattern, instead of the vector.
Go to View menu, On-Screen View Options, and select Vectorial Hatching.
