Foundations

Hi, I'm a new Archicad user. I couldn't find out how to create foundations (plinths, pancakes,...). Can someone help me, please? Thanks.

Please put your version/specs in your sig line. The answers vary depending on what you are using.

If you have ArchiCAD 10 then use the profile wall tool. In 9 and earlier I used walls and slabs (etc.) to build up the desired form. There are also some add-ons for this but I never messed with them.

Sorry... I'm a new user and I didn't know what to do. However my version is ArchiCad10 for Mac.

Do a search here with Foundations as a key word. You will at least learn what NOT to do
