General tips\guidelines for working in archicad for newbies.

hi,
Please post tips for working in archicad,tips for best flexibility,editing,story managment,your experiences, etc

I feel that, for a newbie it is important to understand that any tool can be used to draw any shape(lateral thinking way of re-purposing AC tools). for eg a wall can be drawn using wall tool,slab tool,beam as far as we get the desired results\shape.
