How can I disable shadowing in the 3D window?

So, I've done some hunting and simply can't find anyone mentioning this before. How can I disable all shadowing in the 3D window? If I use the internal engine, it gives me the desired effect but chugs hard everytime I move the camera. Open GL runs fine but my objects end up bleeding into one another on their dark sides. All I want is to disable shadows and leave contour lines enabled. Any help?

Right Click in the 3D Window and select settings
