How do i convert a 1:250 drawing to be 1:1 in 3D?

Are you using Archicad 10 ?
Do you want to produce an independent drawing? In that case you should save the view and publish it.
Do you want to meke 3D measurements?

What you do in Archicad is always 1:1. The plan, section and elevations are shown in scale - but the sizes you input are always true sizes. Therefore, your model is always in real size. Just make sure that you use proper units - e.g. if millimeters, then for one meter use 1000 ...
