What happens if you use 'Find Library Parts' in the object settings dialog? Search for 'Text' e.g.

daryan:
In the Object Settings dialog box, in the upper left pane select Find library parts and search for "Text 3D". You should have the ArchiCAD Library loaded.
You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
